Hours

24 hour notice required: cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

Late cancellations: Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Running late?: If you are running late, please text or call. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and subject to cancellation fee.
